As a woman over 35, I realized that many programs online today are geared towards women in their 20s. As we get older, we need less volume, more quality exercises and a little more recovery. Crash diets will also not work. 

So, I started learning and training both my brain and body. I ultimately gained the body I wanted and discovered the benefits beyond just the physique. I’m compelled to share this with women everywhere. 

It’s been incredible to see thousands of women achieve the physique they thought they couldn’t have but always wanted. In addition, they’ve achieved so many non-scale victories, such as a healthy relationship with food, better balance, improved self-esteem, improved stress management, and looking and feeling younger!
