When it comes to building strong and sexy legs, what comes to mind?
To me, I think of curves.
When you’re able to create curves or accentuate them, it draws the eye to your physique.
Specifically, the upper glutes can be built up to create the look of a smaller waist.
The outer quads, or quad sweep, can be worked on to give a dramatic look to the upper legs. Calves round out the look of the front of the body, and strong, full calves match upper and lower legs.
Turning around the back of the legs, the hamstring peak not only separates the glutes from the legs but can also accentuate glute development.
This workout targets these areas through compound movements to add size and isolation movements to add shape and size to specific areas.
Leg Workout Exercises:
1. Smith machine sumo squat
2. Banded stiff legged deadlift
3. Weighted Spanish squat
4. Double up, single-leg negative hamstring curl
5. Calf raise
