This was a great program, I really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this! Thanks Erin for emailing me back when I had some questions or comments. I would not try this program as a beginner as it has very high volume and some tricky sets, but if you're already experienced in weight lifting, definitely do this for 3 months.
