A NEW 90-Day Program for busy women who only have 3-4 days per week to work out! Customizable to up to 6 days per week. The program includes voiceover instructions, grip position, foot position, angles, cues, and what muscles you are working – in every single video! Program focuses on building strength but also building a shapely physique. This includes capped shoulders, v-taper back, round glutes, and shapely legs.
