Hi again 🙂
This weekend marked 4 weeks out from the Bikini Olympia!
I’m starting to feel like I’m getting back to normal and am back to lifting and doing HIIT (HILIT). Weight is back down to 131! I know that everything will regulate within the next couple of weeks.
My calories are currently at 1860 with 150P/40F/220C. I’m still getting close to 15K steps on non-training days, and between 10-12K on training days. I’m lifting glutes 3x week and upper body 1x per week.
HILIT is 2x per week. For this session, I’m at MI40 gym, working on glutes and legs.
Today’s workout was:
Hip thrust – 3x 10 reps/5 second iso hold/10 reps/5 second iso hold
Banded back hyper – 3×12-15
Safety bar squats – 3×12
Abductor machine – 3×30
