In this video, Erin Stern Fitness shows you how to properly do the Chest Bench Press – High Incline.

Set the bench to about a 60 degree angle. Grab dumbbells and lean back onto the bench. Place feet firmly on the ground. Press both dumbbells upward and slowly lower one until your upper arm is just below parallel. Press the dumbbell back upward and repeat on the other side.
